The Camargue is a wetland area that is listed a Biosphere Reserve and Regional Nature Park. The successive wild or cultivated bloomings of honeydew produced by aphids that inhabit the brambles and surrounding vegetation give honey that varies greatly in colour and aromas.

Available on

Color: ivory from light to a darker amber.
Smell: floral to resin.
Flavor: fruity floral to malty.

It can be enjoyed on bread, in tea and in your dishes.
Creamy honey to be stored at 14°C
