Honey is the secretion of certain plants’ nectars found between the petals, the sepals or folds of plant leaves.
Secretion only happens when specific factors occur simultaneously, such as the humidity of the subsoil, the hygrometry of the air and the temperature during the day.
It is the result of photosynthesis of the sun’s energy on the plants.
The nectar is made up of an average of 20% dry matter and 80% water.
This nectar alone embodies the forces of life on earth; the sun, water, earth and animals.
